Požadujeme

- Experience in coordination, administration, or similar roles (experience in medical or pharmaceutical environments is a plus)

Graduate in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, or a related field

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Fluent in Czech and English


- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize team meetings and logistics


- Coordinate contracts, invoices, and event support


- Manage communication with healthcare professionals

Support medical projects and track progress

Prepare documentation for audits and reporting

Assist with procurement and vendor setup


- Help onboard new team members


- Maintain internal systems and records

Location: Prague 6
Contract until December 2025 (with possible extension)
