️ IT Service Desk Specialist with Ukrainian AND English

️ Tasks and Responsibilities:

Provide technical help with computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other tech
Document user issues using the ITSM tool
Follow processes and knowledge base
Manage ticket backlog and resolve issues on time
Help improve services and update training materials
Collaborate with onsite IT technicians

Requirements:

Fluent in Ukrainian and English (other language is a big bonus)
Knowledge of MS Office (advanced = plus)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Great communication and multitasking abilities
Able to work independently and follow best practices
Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
