Požadujeme

Must-Have Experience & Skills:


- At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field

Familiarity with source-to-pay or procure-to-pay processes

Good understanding of IT operations and terminology


- Sharp attention to detail and strong financial awareness

Excellent written and spoken English

Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills


- Ability to foster relationships with suppliers and internal IT teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel

Nice to Have:


- Background in supplier and contract management

Exposure to international or corporate work environments


- Familiarity with project management basics


- French language skills


- Power BI knowledge

Náplň práce

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to support global IT operations? We're looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to join an international team and play a key role in managing IT-related purchasing and contracts across the EU and US.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating and managing Purchase Orders (POs), including tracking invoices and approvals

Monitoring IT spending and updating internal procurement tools
-

Supporting the implementation of end-to-end procurement processes


- Managing contracts for IT service providers and ensuring compliance
-

Assisting with the transition of contracts between legal entities
-

Partnering with European IT leads to monitor local spend and support requests
-

Acting as a point of contact for supplier invoice issues
-

Assisting with accurate financial recharges and reporting
-

Providing general administrative support as needed

The contract is for 1 year with possibility of prolongation.
