For our client, a dynamic international company operating in the field of automotive insurance, we are searching for suitable candidates for the position of PHP Developer Lead.


Job Description:
* Mentor and guide the development team with a strong focus on PHP / Symfony
* Design, maintain, update, and further develop a backend platform based on Symfony / Sonata framework
* Actively participate in application and low-code platform development, ensuring performance and reliability
* Manage and configure web services and databases while maintaining security and cost efficiency
* Maintain documentation of technical processes, solutions, and best practices
* Utilize expertise in Azure Web/AKS Services
* Contribute to technical strategic project management and resolve complex technical challenges

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Senior Developer, with a track record in designing and delivering complex solutions
* Proficiency in PHP with Symfony or Nette, and MySQL
* Advantageous: experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure AKS services, and configuring web resources
* Strong collaboration skills to guide and support the development team
* Willingness to learn and work with new technologies, such as low-code platforms, Large Language Models (AI), and blockchain
