Požadujeme

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Vice President. This role offers the opportunity to work in a truly international environment, ensuring smooth coordination of the VP’s extensive global agenda and providing high-level administrative support.

Bachelor’s degree will be asset
Prior Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant role in international environment
Pharmaceutical experience preferred
English (required), French or Italian (asset)
MS Office, Workday
Trustworthy, proactive, flexible (early mornings or evenings when needed), strong cultural awareness, professional appearance

Náplň práce

Full administration and travel management for the VP (flights, visas, hotels, expense reports)
Support also for other directors in the team
Preparing reports and documentation
Calendar and meeting management
Liaising across multicultural teams and offices
