We’re looking for Load Controllers who will take responsibility for aircraft weight & balance for flights worldwide.

A strong sense of responsibility and a safety-first mindset
Solid math and analytical skills (and the habit of double-checking details)
Confidence to ask the right questions and verify information with airport teams when needed
Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently
Strong attention to detail and good organization
Fluent English (spoken and written)

Náplň práce

Ensure every aircraft is correctly loaded and safely balanced for take-off using aviation systems
Support flights for international airlines (your daily tasks may vary depending on the airline you handle)
Communicate with Load Controllers across multiple locations, as well as with airport teams worldwide
Work in a 24/7 shift operation, including weekends and public holidays
Start with structured onboarding - full training provided, supported by experienced colleagues
