A specialist in digital print, our client, is looking for a new team member to join their IT department. The company focuses on the custom production of personalized items such as calendars, mugs, decorations, and wall art, with a strong emphasis on quality and the overall sustainability of the materials used.


Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, helping users, and working with modern technologies ? Join an enthusiastic team on-site in Rudná! You will be the go-to IT support person for the Czech facility while also remotely assisting other colleagues. You can look forward to a very friendly, collaborative environment with maximum support from the international parent company.

your role

* provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for users regarding laptops, PCs, printers, and networked systems
* administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID (user accounts and licence management)
* support and maintain production-specific hardware, including Zebra label printers and Raspberry Pi devices
* troubleshoot local network connectivity, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN configurations

who you are

* fluent Czech (essential for daily communication with local production and staff); English at B2 level or higher (you need to be comfortable handling technical tickets and communicating with colleagues in the UK daily)
* daily on-site presence at the facility in Rudná (Prague-West)
* proven experience in 1st / 2nd line IT support, with a solid understanding of Windows OS and MS 365
* great communication and customer-oriented troubleshooting skills
* flexibility to participate in the on-call rotation for out-of-hours critical incidents
