Do you enjoy working with numbers, but also love daily communication with people, then join an international Order-to-Cash team!

what will you do

* stay in touch with clients: proactively reach out to customers regarding overdue payments.
* solve payment queries: clarify payment delays and log details into the system
* teamwork: cooperate with internal teams like Sales, Accounting, and Order Management.
* process improvement: help to handle escalations and make processes smoother.


who we are looking for

* very good German (spoken & written) — essential for daily client contact.
* good command of English (a great bonus for internal chat).
* logical mindset and comfortable working with numbers/systems.
* communication skills: diplomacy, and team spirit.
* fresh graduates are welcome - comprehensive onboarding and training.
