Požadujeme

What we're looking for
- 2+ years of Service Desk or IT Support experience
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience working within ITSM processes and meeting SLAs
- A customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with Freshservice or other ITSM tools
- ITIL knowledge or certification
- Microsoft Intune or SCCM experience
- Additional European language(s)

IT Support Specialist | Service Desk & End-User Support – Hybrid - Prague

NEW PROJECT

Our client is looking for a Service Desk Technician to join its international IT team in Prague.
This is a great opportunity for an IT support professional with at least 2 years of experience who enjoys solving technical issues, working with modern workplace technologies, and delivering excellent support to end users in a global environment.
In this role, you will provide technical support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and business applications, manage user accounts and access, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.
