Požadujeme

Suitable for students in their 3rd year located in Brno (CZ)
Excellent written English (C1 level) — most communication will be via chat
Another language (B2+) is a plus — strong written skills especially valuable (German, Dutch, Polish, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, etc.)
Availability for 8-hour shifts according to a schedule (shifts planned 14 days in advance)
Experience in technical customer support and IT problem-solving
Multitasking and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
Teamwork and professional approach to work
Legal work status in the Czech Republic (EU residence or valid VISA)

Join a global IT company and become part of the Proctoring team supporting customers during online professional IT exams.

What will you do?
Communicate with exam participants via chat and guide them through the process
⏱ Monitor online exams to ensure everything runs smoothly
Verify candidate identity and follow established procedures
Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting
… and other related tasks

Who are we looking for?
English at professional level (C1 written & spoken)
Experience in customer support, helpdesk, or a technical environment
Good digital skills, multitasking, and reliability

180 CZK/hour with increase up to 220 CZK/hour based on performance

8 hous shifts, 2-3 days a week, MON - FRI only - Shift 1. 7:30 - 15:30 , Shift 2. 8:00 - 16:00, Shift 3. 10:00 - 18:00, Shift 4. 13:00 - 21:00
