Logistics Specialist with Polish & English

Are you a master of organization who speaks Polish fluently? Do you enjoy the puzzle of getting products from point A to point B without a hitch? Whether you are a seasoned Logistics pro or a Customer Service rockstar who has mastered the art of claims and shipping, we want to hear from you!

Our client, a dynamic international player, is looking for a proactive colleague to join their cross-border operations.


what will you do

* coordinate: manage the end-to-end logistics process for the Polish and other markets.
* communicate: be the bridge between customers, warehouses, and transport partners (in Polish and English).
* solve: handle claims, track shipments, and troubleshoot any "roadblocks" that come your way.
* optimize: look for ways to make the supply chain smoother and more efficient.

who we are looking for

* languages: native or near-native English (C1) and fluent Polish (B2/C1) for daily communication.
* experience: previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a high-level Customer Service role (handling claims, logistics support, or exports).
* mindset: a "can-do" attitude. You don’t panic when a truck is late; you find a solution.
* skills: good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
